At Elaine Wear, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains where and how we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within this country.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, it is shipped to you:

  • Processing time: 1 to 4 business days
  • Shipping time: 4 to 6 business days
  • Total delivery time: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order is placed.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

6. Delays

Delivery can occasionally take longer than expected, for example during holidays, peak seasons or bad weather, or because of the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the total delivery time, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and the product. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

8. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can change the address as long as your order has not shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

9. Customs, Duties and Taxes

When a parcel crosses a border, any import duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer.
